Weightwatcher point calculator

One of the key aspects that make up this program is the Weight Watchers point calculator. It is what you will use to determine how much food you are allowed to eat each day in order to lose the amount of body mass that you are going for.

The weight watchers point calculator is based on your current weight, height, gender and activity level and will be determined when you first sign up. From there, you will use the Weight Watcher point calculator each day that you're on the plan to track what you're eating.

The number that each food gets will be calculated by taking into account the calories, fat and fibre that is contained in the food. The lower count number foods will have the most fibre, the least fat and the fewest calories.

Relax in knowing however that there is some wiggle room for you when it comes to reaching your total daily number. You'll get a 'weekly allowance' that you can use for special occasions to indulge. The important thing to remember then is to just get right back onto the plan afterwards so you don't continually go over your budget.

Furthermore, while it's not particularly encouraged on their 'Core' plan, you can save up from one day to use on the next. So for instance, if you are aiming to reach 25 total each day and only eat 22 one day, the next day you can consume up to 28. Just be sure if you start doing this that you don't get into the habit of doing it really regularly because it can encourage starvation and binging tendencies.
