Low carbohydrate food

The best way to approach this plan is to focus on natural low carbohydrate food. While you can definitely start eating some of the low carbohydrate food products out there that are manufactured to be that way through various processes, it likely won't leave you feeling quite as healthy.

Low carbohydrate food that is naturally this way would include lean proteins like chicken, turkey, fish, and eggs along with healthy sources of fat such as nuts, oils and avocado's. Then, round out the diet with as many vegetables as you can eat, as these are a great way to help increase feelings of fullness without breaking the calorie bank.

Additionally, when you consume a diet rich in vegetables you increase your intake of vitamins, minerals and fibre, all of which help to promote optimal health. Many individuals who adopt this approach to their diet find that their fibre intake goes way down because the normal places you find fibre are breads, cereals and beans. Since these are not allowed on this program you will have to find another way to get in the fibre and vegetables are definitely your next best option.

So while it's okay to have sugar-free candies, cookies, chocolate and other pre-baked goods once in a while, the easiest and healthiest option is to just focus on getting a good intake of protein along with naturally occurring sources of fat. The difference it will make in how your body feels and functions will be remarkable.
