Diabetic diet

If you suffer from diabetes, then the Diabetic Diet is a must. Because the body cannot make or properly use insulin, blood glucose levels can rise dangerously in your blood.

Following the Diabetic Diet helps to reduce your blood sugar, and thus prevents the complications of diabetes.

Eating is based around healthy diet meal plans that can be adapted to your lifestyle and health needs. Following a Diabetic Diet includes:

  • Limiting sweets
  • Eating often
  • Being careful about when and how many carbohydrates you eat
  • Eating lots of whole-grain foods, fruits and vegetables
  • Eating less fat
  • Limiting your use of alcohol

Pros : Diabetic diet
