No carbs after 5pm

The principal behind the "No Carbs after 5 PM Diet" is simple, and it's all in the name. By imposing a Carbs Curfew, this diet meal plan forces you to reduce your total intake of carbs, and automatically stops late night snacking on high carb treats.

As you will be eating less carbs on the "No Carbs after 5 PM Diet", you'll be forced to eat more protein - research shows that meals that are higher in protein leave you feeling full longer, and encourage weight loss.

Pros : No carbs diet

  • Regular exercise is encouraged
  • Fresh fruit and vegetables become your primary source of carbs
