Calorie restriction diet

A diet based on research on animals? That's the Calorie Restricted Diet. Research has shown that when animals eat a Calorie Restricted Diet, they live considerably longer, and this has been developed by Dr. Roy Walford into the Calorie Restricted diet.

The principle is simple - you follow a diet meal plan that restricts your calories, typically to around 20 to 25 percent less than normal, while ensuring that you still get all the vitamins and nutrients you need.

Pros : Calorie Restricted Diet

  • Guaranteed gradual weight loss
  • Nutritionally balanced
  • You can eat anything - but have to balance out total calorie intake
  • This diet meal plan has been shown to lower cholesterol, fasting glucose, and blood pressure
  • A long-term, sustainable plan
  • Could slow aging and extend your lifespan
