Gillian McKeith weight loss plan

Presenter of the TV show You Are What You Eat, Gillian McKeith has become one of the UK's most well known writers and presenters on weight loss and nutrition.

Gillian McKeith's advice is generally sound, advocating regular exercise, a vegetarian diet high in organic fruits and vegetables, and the avoidance of processed and high-calorie foods.

Some of Gillian McKeith's other ideas are more controversial and less well supported by research, including her advocacy of detox diets and colonic irrigation, and her suggestions that yeast is harmful, and that the color of food is significance nutritionally.

However it's hard to find too much fault with someone who recommends replacing junk food with fruit and vegetables!
