Lipozene for quick weight loss

A fibre based product, Lipozene contains a substance called glucomannan. Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fiber derived from the Konjac Root, a perennial plant that grows in Asia.

Lipozene works by absorbing some of the nutrients and vitamins in your food, thus reducing your intake of calories. Lipozene is in essence simply fibre, but some studies have shown that it has the potential to decrease bad cholesterol, and lower blood sugar.

This is in line with research that shows that high fibre foods such as oats are can reduce cholesterol, and assist in weight loss by creating a feeling of fullness in the stomach.

However, if you are taking this, be aware that this absorption will also decrease the amount of essential nutrients such as vitamins and minerals that your body absorbs - it is therefore essential that you take a good multivitamin if you are using this product.

The company that makes this diet pill, Obesity Research Institute, LLC has previously been charged by the Federal Trade Commission for false and unsubstantiated claims in respect of these products.

You might thus wish to consider whether the manufacturers claims have any credibility, and whether this is the best way to increase the fibre in your diet.
