Reducing fat

If you want to lose weight, reducing fat in your diet is one of the most effective ways of cutting calories. Reducing fat makes sense - at nine calories per gram it's over twice as calorie dense as protein and carbs, and thus can make a big difference when you're trying to shift some pounds.

One of the easiest ways to do this is to stick to unprocessed foods. Processed foods are laden with undesirables, whereas fresh natural foods, particularly fruit and vegetables, not only help you feel full, but also come packed with essential vitamins and minerals.
