Stress management
What is stress management? Quite simply it's finding ways to change the way we react to the mental and physical "wear and tear" our bodies and minds experience in our fast paced modern lives.
Stress management involves identifying these problem areas, and becoming aware of their effects on our lives. However, to deal with them effectively, it's not sufficient to merely be aware of them - we then have to find ways to either change the source of the problem, or else modify our behaviour to help us deal with it better.
