Mini trampoline exercises

For those who want to work out at home, a mini trampoline can be the perfect accessory to use to help get a good cardiovascular workout.

Mini trampolines can be used in a variety of ways to help add variety to your home workout session. One great way to use them is to do a set of a resistance exercise using a set of hand weights and then follow this up with one minute of jumping on your mini trampoline.

After that minute's compete then you go back and do a set or two of another resistance exercise and continue doing this in this fashion until the workout is complete.

By breaking it up like this you will likely find that the time really flies by and you no longer suffer from workout boredom.

Another way to use this piece of equipment is to actually perform your strength exercises while standing atop it. Because your base of support is reduced while you are on it, you will force your body, particularly your core, to work harder to complete the given exercises.

Do note however that you are not to be jumping up and down while doing the exercise as this would likely create a great injury.

Finally the last idea is to perform squat jumps while on it. Since you have that extra rebound helping you out you can add to the effectiveness of this movement. Squat down as low as possible, jump off the surface and then upon landing move right back down into the squat once again and do the action again.
