Fit for life book

One of the top diet programs, the Fit For Life book has been ranked very positively on the New York Bestseller's list. The Fit For Life book is based on the principle that it's not just what you eat that will make a difference but rather when you eat and in what combinations you eat your foods.

The Fit For Life book authors believe that the body functions in cycles, from noon to 8 p.m. and then from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. and then once again from 4 a.m. to noon. By separating the day into these sections, you can better target when you should be eating so you are working with your body's natural processes of appropriation, absorption and elimination respectively.

Two thirds of this manual will explain how the diet works and how to go about setting it up and implementing it in your life. Then the remaining one third will be full of menu plans and recipes so that you are not lost when it comes to actually putting the ideas into action.

Overall it makes it very easy to set-up and follow if you feel that this would be a good plan for you. Do note however that this is by no means a low carbohydrate diet, as it will have you taking in lots of fruits and vegetables therefore for those looking for that type of approach, it may not be the best option.
