Calories in Potato

There are a number of ways to eat your potatoes, so the calories in potato can vary depending on what you do with them! No different since the time they were taken back to Spain from South America by European explorers, potatoes rapidly spread across the world as a staple food source. A baked potato eaten with its skin, provides a variety of nutrients. The skin of a baked potato is a valuable source of fibre. There is no fat (unless you add butter or margarine) and a variety of healthy fillings can be added, such as tuna or salad.

Having knowledge of calorie counting, a swiss ball and the South Beach diet are all great tools to help you lose weight with healthy eating.
